Has MLK's "dream" been realized?

Has MLK's "dream" been realized?
I found that there is still a big gap in income between the races.
In 1980:
The median Income for Whites was $18,684
The median Income for Blacks was $10,764
The median Income for Asians was N/A
Then in 1990:
The median Income for Whites was $31,231
The median Income for Blacks was $18,676

The median Income for Asians was $38,450
2000:
The median Income for Whites was $43,916
The median Income for Blacks was $29,667

The median Income for Asians was $55,757
2003:
The median Income for Whites was $45,631
The median Income for Blacks was $29,645

The median Income for Asians was $55,699

The average income for households in increasing, but at a different rate. Asian Americans have shown a large increase in the average income compared to other races.

Also the poverty rate for the different races was quite high.
In 2004:
The Poverty rate for Whites was 8%
The Poverty rate for Blacks was 25.6%

The poverty rate is decreasing but they also show a up and down trend in the data.
